1. Service Description
AstroNet provides astrological features and optional data backup and restore functionality.
When enabled by the user, backup files are stored exclusively in a third-party cloud storage provider selected and authorized by the user (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive).
AstroNet does not receive, store, or process backup files on its own servers.
2. User Control and Responsibility
You remain fully in control of:
- - your cloud storage account,
- - your stored backup files,
- - and any permissions granted to AstroNet.
You may revoke AstroNet’s access to your cloud storage provider at any time through that provider’s account or security settings.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your cloud account and ensuring sufficient storage space.
3. No Ownership of User Data
AstroNet does not claim ownership of any user data or backup files.
All backup data remains the sole property of the user and is stored only within the selected cloud storage provider.
4. Service Availability and Limitations
Backup and restore features are provided on a best-effort basis.
AstroNet does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability,
- successful backup or restore in all circumstances,
- protection against data loss caused by device issues, cloud provider outages, account changes, or user actions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroNet shall not be held liable for:
- - loss of data,
- - corrupted backups,
- - failed restores,
- - or indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Changes and Termination
AstroNet may modify or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Continued use of the app after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
